1. What are NoiseWrap skins made of?
Our skins are handmade from premium vinyl, carefully crafted to give your gear a unique and stylish look. They're all about enhancing the visual appeal and aesthetic of your device.
2. How do I apply a NoiseWrap skin?
Applying your NoiseWrap skin is relatively easy! Each skin comes with detailed instructions that you should follow closely.
For Dry Application:
- Start by peeling off the top half of the backing and carefully align the skin with the top of your device.
- Slowly press the vinyl into place, working your way down and smoothing as you go.
- Peel off the remaining backing as you move downward. This is the most delicate part—take extra care to avoid stretching or tearing the vinyl, especially around thinner areas.
For Soapy Mist Application (Optional - TAKE EXTRA CAUTION!):
- Consider carefully whether this method is appropriate for your device. Some devices may be more sensitive to water exposure, and using this method is at your own risk.
- Use only a light mist of soapy water to help with alignment and adjustability. Start from the top, carefully aligning the skin, and work your way down, pressing the vinyl into place. Be cautious—this method carries a risk of water damage depending on the device.
IMPORTANT: Use water sparingly, as excess moisture can damage your device. Application is at your own risk, and NoiseWrap is not responsible for any damage caused by improper application or excess water.
3. Can I remove the skin without damaging my gear?
When you're ready for a new look, our skins are easy to remove. Just take your time. They won’t leave sticky residue or damage your device. If any residue remains or the vinyl tears during removal, simply clean it off with a microfiber cloth.
4. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we offer custom designs! 🎨 If you have a specific graphic in mind, you can bring it to life with a custom NoiseWrap skin. The starting price is €39.90.
To begin the process, simply send us an email with your design file and any details about the custom skin you're looking for. We’ll review your design to ensure it’s properly prepared for printing. Please note that we cannot accept designs that include copyrighted material (such as brand names, logos, stock photos, or LP covers) unless you have explicit permission from the copyright holder. If your design contains such material, we may require proof of permission before proceeding.
Once we’ve reviewed and made any necessary adjustments, we'll confirm everything with you and create your unique skin!
5. How long does shipping take?
Please note that all of our items are made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Because of this, we require 3-7 days to create and prepare your order for shipping.
Shipping times vary by location, so please allow extra time for delivery, especially for international orders. Don’t worry—we’ll provide tracking info to keep you updated when your order ships!
6. What if my skin arrives damaged or I have an issue with my order?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately at contact@noisewrap.com, and we’ll make it right.
7. Oh no, I tore the skin during application! What should I do?
Don’t worry! If the tear is minor, you can still apply the skin with care, and the strong adhesive should make it barely noticeable. However, if the skin was stretched, it’s likely damaged and may need replacing. Contact us—we’ll help you work something out!
8. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns and exchanges within 8 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unopened condition and packaging.
- If you receive an incorrect item or the parcel contains items you did not order, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note that if the sticker has been used or applied improperly, we cannot accept a return or offer an exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as appropriate.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days after the return is processed.
Digital Items: Please note that digital items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their nature.
Pricing, VAT and customs
All prices are in EUR; orders outside the EU may incur small conversion fees and additional VAT or customs fees (e.g., UK).
